Our Commitment to Privacy

Stackly is built with privacy as a core principle. By default, we process your content to provide AI services, but we don't store your input data or use it to train our models. Everything happens in real-time and is immediately discarded after processing.

Optional History Feature

We offer an optional feature that allows you to save your AI interactions for later reference. This feature is:

  • Opt-in only: Disabled by default
  • User-controlled: You can enable or disable it anytime in Settings
  • Your data: Only you can access your saved interactions
  • Time-limited: You choose retention period (7 days to forever)
  • Deletable: You can delete individual items or all history at once

When enabled, we store: your prompts, the options you selected, uploaded file URLs, and the AI-generated responses. This data is encrypted and stored securely on our servers.

Data We Don't Store (By Default)

  • • Your input text, documents, or files
  • • Generated AI responses or outputs
  • • File contents from uploads
  • • Conversation history

Data We Do Store

  • • Account information (name, email)
  • • Usage statistics (anonymous, for service improvement)
  • • Subscription and billing information
  • • User preferences and settings
  • Optional: AI interaction history (if you enable it)

How We Process Your Content

When you use our AI tools, your content is sent to our AI providers (OpenAI) for processing. Unless you have enabled interaction history, the content is processed in real-time and immediately discarded. Neither we nor our providers store or use your content for training purposes.
